After a year and a half of planning, working, slacking off, and revising, The Good Life is finally finished. This game takes place in a fantasy setting where you have to lead your people to The Good Life. Demons and fairies stand in your way. The Good Life is really three related mini-games. As you win each mini-game, you're presented with a new one, and the next step in the story. Each game is different, and the instructions are purposely skimpy, so put your thinking caps on and have fun! The game autosaves after you complete each game, so you don't have to finish it all at once. If you really get stuck, e-mail me for hints. Hey, e-mail me anyway, and tell me what you think. It's the least you could do for a free game!

The Good Life was created on a PII 350 IBM compatible machine running WIN 98 with 64 megs of RAM. It should be run in 800x600, HI-COLOR (16 bit mode) or better. It may work on machines with less speed, or RAM, but there's no guarantee. The file size is 5.6 MB. Click the picture below to download it.
